With the coronavirus pandemic continuing its deadly run by infecting more than a million people and causing the death of more than 82,000 people across the world, the laboratories of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) intensified their efforts at combating the pandemic.

As part of a pan-CSIR programme to showcase products and processes and reach out to the society, the CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CSIR-CIMAP), Lucknow conducted the “One Week, One Lab” programme from 30 January to 7 February 2023.

Shri Yogi Adityanath said that farmers across the country are embracing agriculture diversification, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visionary approach, consequently doubling the income and highlighting the PM’s transformative vision.
