During National Intellectual Property festival in the country during 1-30 July 2023 under the banner of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, CSIR-Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSIR-CSMCRI), Bhavnagar, conducted a training on Intellectual Property Rights for Academics & Research on        July 20 & 21. During the programme, Dr Seema from IPU of CSIR, New Delhi, was the invited guest who delivered a talk on IP awareness with a special emphasis on patents.

Dr Seema explained different aspects of IPR and answered the queries of participants. Dr Shibaji Ghosh, the coordinator of the event told that IPR is playing very vital role not only in research but also in our daily life. The function was graced with the auspicious presence of Dr Kannan Srinivasan, Director.
